I didn't get any photos of individual bits 'n pieces (too busy just trying to fit things together in some semblance of order), but most of it is self-explanatory.
Again, some PVC pipe & fittings (this time some small diameter CPVC) trial and error cut so the open end of the pipe sat just inside the edge of the barrel.
The 90ยบ "ell" at top was meant to be fastened to a wall or stud. I drilled a hole for the contact wire to slip straight through.
The metal bracket is just a hunk of aluminum, again found in my scrap heap. About the right size and weight to again function as a pendulum mass, like the motor mount.
The small tube attached at bottom is just a stand-off "spacer" to keep the bracket approximately parallel to the side of the tank.
And again, all exposed metal painted or masked against corrosion
